A Walk in My Back Yard...

I love my Back Yard...So, I thought I would take you on a Tour...
I always walk by the pool first....
Then out to the trees that the squirrels climb up cuz they are scared of me...
Then I just stand there looking up...Daring them to come down...
Then I run around the lilac tree to hide on the squirrels so they will come back...
I wait...I'm very patient...
This is where I can't go...I can go up to the flower line, but no farther...
More places I can't go...I don't understand...It looks like fun...
My Mom said "Abby, Come"...So I'm running back to her...
The branch where the squirrels live...There was one there, but he is camera shy...
I found a towel they forgot to bring in from the Father's Day Cook Out...
Mom come get this...I'm sure you need to wash it...
Still another place I can't go...What's that all about????

So....That's a tour of my Back Yard...I love it...There are sooo many things to find, & smell, & chase...

It's my favorite place in the world...

Gee Abby...ya sure have a nice big backyard...our yard at home is really small but the one at the cottage is 10 acres. We can't go in the woods part by ourselves though...bummer....once I did, though and I met up with a porcupine who didn't want ta see me at all. When I got back ta the house, I had quills in my snout that Gram pulled out with the pliers....ouch, that really hurt..so Abby...don't yearn ta go places yer not allowd ta go to or ya may end with pliers nippin' at yer snout....words of wisdom from

Wow Abby, you have a berry big backyard at home. How I wish I could play at your big yard, with big pool, big tree & squirrels....we only have a small car porch here and when the car is back, we got no place to run...sigh....mayb we should move over to ya place. Haha.

Is your backyard not fenced?? Is that why you're on a lead?? Ours isnt fenced but it will be soon...

your back yard looks like a lot of fun, maybe someday when they aren't looking you can explore the off limits areas. BUT I am guessing the reason you can't go in is because it may not be safe!

Wow! Your back yard is so pretty and relaxing, I could take a nap there anytime. Thanks for the tour, love it.
Abby, tell your folk to let you run wild in there, no leash, please!

Thanks for the tour, Abby. Your back yard is much more fun than mine. I also have the 'don't go theres' but those are the places I go to first. HAW! You sure handle those squirrels like a pro.

Great back yard Abby! Thanks for sharing! My backyard is not that adventurous. We live in a mass developed subdivision, so its a fenced in square yard for me. We don't have squirrels, but there is this mean kitty that walks the fence line and taunt my roommates and I.

Hugs,
CoCo

It looks like you have an awesome backyard! It's so green! Mine is covered in dirt! My human promised do grow me some grass...but it hasn't happened!

Now for those squirrels...have you ever been able to catch one of those suckers?

Also, how the heck do you stay so white? I have some tan on me that often turn dark brown...

Slurp!
